Shipping & Returns

Please Note! Delivery times are simply estimates and cannot be guaranteed! Suits usually only take anywhere from 4-8 weeks for delivery, however various conditions could delay the delivery of your custom leathers, such as US Customs delays, natural disaster, and manufacturing delays (due to things like restocking leather supplies). I highly recommend NOT signing up for trackdays until after you have received the leathers in hand, and have verified the fit.


Shipping:

Shipping to the lower 48 US states is FREE for purchases over $99 on everything we sell! Shipping costs for items under $99 will be a flat rate of $10 to the US.

Shipping to Canada and Europe: Due to the high cost of Shipping internationally, we cannot ship free, however, shipping is very reasonable: $0-$200: is $25 shipping, $200.01-$2000 is $40 shipping, and above $2000 is $60 shipping. I ship via USPS to Canada to help save you the brokerage charges levied by shipping companies. However, we are unable to mark the goods as gifts or significantly understate their value.

For custom items, once the merchandise has been fabricated and received by me, I will make every effort to inspect and reship to you within 48 hours.


Returns:

No returns will be accepted on Custom fit merchandise. Returns will be happily accepted on non-custom fit items within 30 days, that are in new, re-salable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned products that were eligible for free shipping will incur a restocking fee equaling the outgoing shipping cost (which is usually approx. $12). Closeouts: Closeout items can be returned, but are subject to a restocking fee of 15% or the outgoing shipping cost, whichever is greater.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are allowed on all non-custom fit merchandise in new and re-salable condition, within 30 days. Exchanged products that were eligible for free shipping will incur a restocking fee equaling the outgoing shipping cost.
